What's Shakeology all about.
So, you've seen me talking about Shakeology and how I enjoy my daily shake. Perhaps you're wondering why I love it and what's actually in it that makes it so great. I can tell you until I'm blue in the face that it's helped me lose weight, reduce cravings and give me more energy. I can also give you countless of examples of other people who've experienced these benefits and more. But how do you know it'll do the same for you. Well, you don't but let me give you some facts about Shakeology that might help you realize why it's bound to have an affect on you.
First, Shakeology contains natural ingredients from all over earth. We're talking places like the Andes, the Amazon, the Himalayas, Costa Rica, and Canada. Most of this stuff you’ve never heard of, but the ingredients in Shakeology are life-changers called Superfoods.
What’s a superfood? Superfood is the collective name given to the most nutrient-dense foods on our planet.
