We start October 15. Don't miss it! Every day will be a new fitness challenge with simple exercises that will take 15 minutes or less and can be done anywhere at any time during the day that is convenient for you.
Appropriate for ALL fitness levels and ALL ages. I'll provide modified moves for anyone who needs them.
The challenge will be run in a private app (not in this event) and is completely free. To be included in this free challenge, send me your email address so that I can add you to the app. Once you set up your free profile in the app, you're in the group! Follow the daily posts and find your fitness consistency.
Whether you're jump-starting some new healthy habits, trying to bust a plateau or just looking for an extra challenge, this is your place!
