My Before and After Results - 8 weeks
The results are in...
In 8 weeks, I lost 5 lbs and 6.5 inches.😱
Here's how it breaks down.
👉 2" off my hips
👉 1" off my booty
👉 .5" from my waist

While my arms were muscular and stro f before, this program toned up the trouble spot tricep area. That's a win all by itself! 🙌
I got stronger, progressing from lifting mostly 8 and 10lb weights to using 12 and 15lbs for most exercises. 💪
I'm so happy with these results. I can gotten a little lazy and lenient with my nutrition, using the "excuse" that working out for an hour a day made a difference. As a result, I had gained about 5 lbs of extra fluff and needed to kick myself in the rear to get back on track. This program did the trick! 😍 The muscle definition is back!!!
I ❤️ that the program only required me to workout 4 days per week. I was free to take a rest day, do another of my favorite workouts or stretch on those days.
I did not follow the nutrition plan 💯. What I did, however was stay consistent. One "treat" meal didn't tank the entire day. One extra snack didn't ruin my progress for the week.
Life happens and this program allowed the flexibility for that. I loved it so much that I'll be doing another round in January when I open up My Virtual Gym.
