Make your own sugar free coffee creamer
Many of those store-bought creamers are full or crappy, toxic ingredients and extra sugar. If you're going to go the store-bought route, stick with almond or coconut milk based options. The less ingredients the better. Avoid anything with dyes, carageenan and artificial sugars.
If you're looking for a better choices, try this easy recipe to make your own at home. It doesn't even have to be refrigerated!
Ingredients:
3/4 cup coconut oil (softened)
1/2 cup honey (local honey is best)
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla
1 tbsp cocao powder (optional)
Mix all ingredients together and store in an air-tight container, like a mason jar.
