Virtual Fit Group starting August 27!
Make the time...and make it count!
Whether it's you, your kids or your friend's kids...it's back to school time. That means it's time to readjust those schedules and get back into our routines. It also means lots of activities to keep us busy and keep those excuses flowing that prevent us from making time to take care of ourselves.
Let's focus on US! Starting August 27, for 30 days, we will target nutrition, fitness and finding ways to make the time, even when we're short on time, to be our best selves. We deserve better than that.
We CAN make it happen in 30 minutes or less per day.
We ARE worth taking those 30 minutes.
So whether we've got 5 lbs or 500 lbs to lose.
Whether we want to gain muscle or lean out.
Whether we want to buy a whole new wardrobe or just fit into what we already own.
There's time and a solution for that.
We will also be focusing on time management strategies as it relates to our health and wellness. You will have the opportunity to experiment with some of them to help you make time for yourself.
WHAT TO EXPECT FROM A VIRTUAL FIT GROUP:
* Prescribed fitness program
Options range from 4-7 days a week and 25-60 minutes per day. I'll help you choose the one that fits your needs.
* Simple nutrition plan
No counting calories, no measuring food. Just proper portion sizes and fueling our bodies with the right foods.
* Support and Accountability
A community of people who want to see you succeed and 1:1 assistance from me.
* Helpful tips, discussion, and participation
We'll be sharing ways to fit fitness and nutrition into a busy lifestyle. There will be some assignments and exercises you can try as well. Be prepared to participate in discussion and idea sharing.
* Results
Fitness + Nutrition + Support = Results. It's as simple as that.
