You CAN do hard things. I hit the halfway point in my 80 day fitness/nutrition program today. 

Has every day been easy? No.
Had every day been worth it? Heck yeah!

Why? Because I'm worth it.
Because I refuse to settle for less than my best life.
Because I never want to break a promise to myself.
