We are all so much stronger than we think! I lifted some heavier weights today that I wasn't sure I could do for 3 sets. I surprised myself and was able to do most of them. I did fail on a few and that's OK. It means I tried. It means I'm striving to challenge myself and get stronger every day.
Strength starts in the mind. Believe you can or you can't....and you'll be right. Do you believe in you?

The first step is taking action. Action can be as simple as reaching out to start a conversation with me about how I can help. Action can mean just showing up for a workout today.
